Though subject to change, probable varieties are Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. We will sample these classic vinifera varietals and learn about their histories, characteristics, and best regions.  Class will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. and has a minimal charge of $10 per person to cover the cost of the wines.
