2005 Lolita Pinot Noir, Vin de Pays D’Oc, France, Cutting Edge Selection, $17, tasted 3/29/2009. A rather earthy nose with leather, violets, and some spicy notes. Good, though simple, fruit. A medium finish dominated by velvety tannins. It made me crave a steak with sautéed mushrooms to pair with it. The Raymond Rating = 85 points
