2008 Superstition Riesling(51%)-Pinot Blanc(49%), (by Schmitt Sohne), QbA, , Rheinhessen, medium dry, tasted 10/11/09. Pineapple, lychee, and lemon rind on the nose. Barely off-dry, good fruit, medium finish and length; though rather simple. (Distributed by Wade with SWS – Crane Div.) Raymond Rating = 84 points
 
2008 Casillero del Diablo “Reserve” Sauvignon Blanc, (by Concha y Toro), Central Valley, Chile, tasted 10/15/09. A nice grassy nose of grapefruit and lemon peel. Good fruit and acidity, though not a lot of complexity. The grapefruit character carries through a finish of medium-plus length. (Distributed by Wade with SWS – Crane Div.) Raymond Rating = 86 points
 
2008 Casillero del Diablo “Reserve” Chardonnay, (by Concha y Toro), Casablanca Valley, Chile, tasted 9/24/09. A nice nose of buttery pears. Good fruit with medium-plus length on a nice finish and some complexity. (Distributed by Wade with SWS – Crane Div.) Raymond Rating = 87 points
 
2008 Casillero del Diablo “Reserve” Merlot, (by Concha y Toro), Rapel Valley, Chile, tasted 10/15/09. Black cherry and berries with spicy and herbal highlights on the nose. Medium tannins and nice fruit linger on the medium finish. Not a lot of complexity, but a very pleasant Merlot. (Distributed by Wade with SWS – Crane Div.) Raymond Rating = 86 points
 
2008 Casillero del Diablo “Reserve” Carmenere, (by Concha y Toro), Rapel Valley, Chile, tasted 10/11/09. Brewed coffee and blackberries on the nose. Very good fruit, medium tannins, and medium-plus length. (Distributed by Wade with SWS – Crane Div.) Raymond Rating = 87 points
 
2008 Casillero del Diablo “Reserve” Cabernet Sauvignon, (by Concha y Toro), Central Valley, Chile, tasted 10/11/09. Berries, fresh herbs, and mint with a touch of smoke on the nose. Good fruit with medium finish and length. (Distributed by Wade with SWS – Crane Div.) Raymond Rating = 85 points
